- Own Assure's OKRs end to end: set them with leadership, track them on a metrics dashboard I built, and plan the team's work against them.
- Product manager for the 10-person Assure team, and line manager within it: quarterly objectives, probation and ladder reviews, and the hiring pipeline for a new support role.
- Coordinate delivery across Raidiam's feature, platform, service and commercial teams. Ranked the Feature Team backlog and wrote the Assure roles model (RACI).
- Own the incident process: led the corrective actions after a production outage and drove a cross-team security remediation.
- Scoped three new-market opportunities (Canada open banking, GB energy data sharing, a registered test lab): demos, RFI responses, the resourcing Commercial priced from, and a business case sized on ~300 yearly re-certifications.
- My team raised the share of issues caught before clients reported them from 35% to 79% (Jan-Sep 2026), alongside a reworked QA process and an AI QA agent the team built.
- Built company AI tooling: a 14-skill Claude Code plugin any developer can install (I wrote about two thirds of it), and the infrastructure for an internal tools platform.

- Ran end-to-end delivery of Raidiam's conformance testing and monitoring tools for Open Finance and Open Insurance Brasil.
- Managed the development workflow (1,700+ tickets since joining) and the release cycle, and signed off QA on production deployments.
- First point of contact on the tools for clients and ecosystem workgroups: triage, fix prioritisation and decisions.

- Turned Open Finance and Open Insurance Brasil specifications into requirements for the conformance tools, and wrote Raidiam's published piece on Open Insurance Brasil.
